Porch Trailers

Our Bread Stone Ovens have been mounted on porch trailers that were custom designed to the business owners needs. It gives the comfort of a full kitchen on wheels, that also meets all the health code requirements. Customization include length of trailer, colors, floor plan and more. We will work with you to design your trailer using 3D design tools.

The Porch Trailers can be mounted with the following Wood Fired and Gas Fired Brick Oven:

• The 1030 C, 40″1/2 Inside Diameter. 3 x12″ pizza at a time
• The 950 B, 37″1/2 Inside Diameter, 3 x12″ pizza at a time, true bricked dome
• The 1500 B Short 22, 38″ wide by 45″ deep inside, 5 x 12″ pizza at a time
• The 1500 B Lateral, 38″ deep by 59″ wide inside, 8 x 12″ pizza at a time
• The 1200 L, 48″ Inside Diameter, 8 x12″ pizza at a time
• The 1200 B, 48″ Inside Diameter, 8 x12″ pizza at a time, true bricked dome
• The 1400 B, 55″ Inside Diameter, 12 x12″ pizza at a time, true bricked dome

All of our trailers come standard with the following:

• 8.5′ x 20′ porch trailer
• Choice of oven with steel-fiber reinforced refractory concrete wood-fired oven
• Oven stucco finish, crack resistant, color of your choice
• Double insulated stainless steel chimney
• 7′ 6” interior height
• (2) 7,000 lbs torsion axles with electric brakes
• 5′ concession window with glass and screens with a cover panel as an awning and flip-up counter outside
• Sink package with cabinets under and above the sinks
• 3-compartments sink with faucet
• Hand wash sink with faucet
• Hot/cold running water
• On demand hot water heater, propane
• 30 gal. fresh water tank, 40 gal. waste water tank (under the trailer),
• City water fill box
• Side access door on driver’s side
• 50 amp electrical package
• 12 amp deep cycle marine battery
• Solar panel for battery charging
• Choice of exterior color
