Chocolate Brownies

This is recipe is sure to satisfied everyone in your family. It is easy to make with the kids and will be ready in just 30 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup of butter
  • ½ cup of white sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 a teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • ½ cup of dark chocolate chips melted
  • ½ cup of all purpose flour
  • ÂĽ teaspoon of baking powder

Recipe:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F
  2. Mix together the melted butter, melted chocolate and sugar
  3. Whisk in the eggs and vanilla extract
  4. Whisk in the flour, salt and baking powder
  5. With a brush, brush some melted butter in a brownies pan all the way to the top of the edges of the pan. Put a little bit of flour in the pan and tap it so it spreads all around and so the whole pan is covered. Discard the extra flour.
  6. Pour in the batter and bake for about 20 to 25 minutes. The brownies are cooked when you can stick in the blade of a knife in the brownies and it comes out clean
  7. Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream
