Grilled NY Steak, Roasted Potatoes, and Zucchini

What goes best with a grilled New York Steak?

Wood-Fired Steak Potatoes and Zucchini

Roasted Potatoes and Zucchini! This is probably the easiest dinner ever.

Fire up your oven to 300-400 F with some nice embers and a couple of burning logs in the back.

Place some red skin potatoes in your microwave to cook them until soft, but not fully cooked.

Slice the zucchini to about 1/2″ thick.

Season the potatoes, zucchini, and steaks with salt, pepper, and a little olive oil.

Place the potatoes and zucchini in separate shallow pans and put them in the oven. Roast until golden brown.

Grill the steak to your liking.

Enjoy with a good bottle of red wine.

Bon appetit,
