White Pizza with Mozzarella, Bacon, Caramelized Onions, Arugula and Tomatoes

This pizza is extremely simple yet so tasty.

You will need the following ingredients:

– 1 pizza dough weighing about 250 gr / 9 oz

– 5 thick slices of bacon

– 1 yellow onion

– 1 ball of fresh mozzarella

– Cherry tomatoes

– Fresh Arugula

Recipe:

1 ) Fire the oven to pizza temp, between 700 F and 900 F.

2 ) Dice the bacon and cook it in the oven using a cast iron pan. Set it a side to cool off.

3 ) Thinly slice the onion and place in a cast iron pan. Caramelize the onions in the oven. Set it aside to cool off.

4 ) Slice the mozzarella.

5 ) Cut the tomatoes in half.

6 )Once cooled off, chop and combine the bacon and caramelized onion

7 ) Stretch the pizza dough to be about 12″

8 ) Put some fresh mozzarella, caramelized onion and bacon on the pizza dough. Cook in the oven to the desired texture and appearance.

9 ) Take the pizza out of the oven and set it on a grate too cool for about 30 seconds.

10 ) Place the arugula and tomatoes over the pizza.
