The 1400 B wood-fired brick oven is one of our largest commercial ovens with a 55″ inner diameter.

It allows you to cook 10-12 pizzas at a time plus the fire. It is made with hand-laid all natural refractory clay bricks backed with high density refractory concrete reinforced with stainless steel fibers.

We will finish this beautiful oven with any tiles of your choice, that is 1″ square tiles to penny round tiles.

Like all of our commercial ovens the 55″ oven can be wood burning or gas burning , or wood and gas burning combo.

Oven includes:

55″ wood fired brick dome oven
Oven Floor, made of extruded heavy duty 100% natural refractory clay tiles which are 13″ x 13″ x 2.25″
Metal stand with square or round legs
Stucco finish with the color o your choice
Tile option starts at an additional $3,200
UL listed, NSF and ANSI-4 certification
