See Us At Pizza Expo This Year!

Bread Stone Ovens Company at the 2026 International Pizza Expo in Las Vegas

We’re excited to announce that Bread Stone Ovens Company will be attending the 2026 International Pizza Expo in Las Vegas, one of the largest gatherings of pizza professionals in the world.

From March 24–26, 2026, we’ll be at the Las Vegas Convention Center alongside thousands of chefs, restaurant owners, and pizza innovators from around the globe—and we’re bringing something special with us.

This year, we’ll be showcasing our True Rotating Brick Ovens, a technology designed to bring together the tradition of wood-fired cooking with modern performance and efficiency.

If you’re attending the expo, we’d love for you to stop by, see the ovens in action, and learn more about what makes them different.

What Is the International Pizza Expo?

The International Pizza Expo is the largest pizza-focused trade show in the world. Every year, it brings together thousands of professionals from across the pizza industry, including:

  • Restaurant owners
  • Pizzeria operators
  • Chefs and bakers
  • Food truck and pop-up operators
  • Equipment manufacturers
  • Suppliers and distributors

The event features educational seminars, competitions, new technology showcases, and opportunities to explore the latest innovations in pizza-making equipment.

For anyone passionate about pizza—or building a business around it—it’s one of the most exciting events of the year.

Showcasing Our True Rotating Brick Ovens

At this year’s expo, we’re proud to showcase one of the most innovative designs in modern brick oven technology: our True Rotating Brick Ovens.

These ovens combine traditional brick oven construction with advanced rotating cooking surfaces to improve consistency, efficiency, and ease of use.

Our system features:

  • A rotating oven deck that ensures even heat exposure
  • Individually rotating cooking stones that help eliminate hot spots
  • Optional gas burner integration for controlled, automated baking

This design allows operators to maintain the authentic performance of a brick oven while reducing the need for constant manual turning.

The result is consistent pizzas, efficient workflow, and reliable performance during high-volume service.

Tradition Meets Modern Innovation

Wood-fired cooking has been around for centuries, and at Bread Stone Ovens Company, we believe that tradition is worth preserving.

At the same time, we know that modern kitchens require tools that support speed, consistency, and efficiency.

Our rotating brick ovens were developed to honor the heritage of wood-fired cooking while incorporating modern engineering that helps kitchens perform at their best.

By combining traditional refractory materials with innovative rotating systems, we’ve created ovens that deliver authentic flavor with modern reliability.

See the Ovens Up Close

If you’re attending the 2026 International Pizza Expo, visiting our booth is a great opportunity to:

  • See our rotating brick ovens in person
  • Learn how the rotating deck and stones work together
  • Talk with our team about different oven models and configurations
  • Explore options for restaurants, food trucks, and mobile pizza concepts

Whether you’re an experienced operator or just beginning to explore the world of wood-fired cooking, we’re always happy to share what we’ve learned and help you find the right solution for your kitchen.
