Blackberry Cobbler in Wood Fired Oven

Ingredients:

2 1/2 cups fresh or frozen (thawed and drained) blackberries
1 c sugar
1 c all purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup milk
1/2 c butter, melted
Recipe Steps
Preheat 350-375 F
1  Mix blackberries and sugar together in a bowl. Let stand 20 minutes
2  Mix flour, baking powder, salt and milk in big bowl.
3  Stir in the butter into the dry batter mixture.
4  Spread batter mixture onto ungreased 8′ square pan (or whatever pan you  prefer)
5  Spoon blackberry mixture over the batter
6  Bake 45-55 minutes (until golden brown and has risen)
7  Serve with whipped cream or ice cream
