Last month The Bread Stone Oven Company was hired by Central Market grocery store to provide wood fired brick ovens at 5 of their locations.
They were looking for “true wood fired brick ovens!”
Needless to say we were very proud to work with a store that is well known for the quality of their food products and customer service. We couldn’t ask for more! Quality food and staff with quality wood fired brick ovens.
We had 3 different ovens that were rotated across the different stores. No effort was spared by Central Market to place the ovens in a beautiful setting, and their culinary team prepared the most succulent dishes. From traditional pizza made from scratch to freshly baked bread, Central Market certainly made the most of our ovens’ amazing versatility.
