In the middle of summer, what’s better than corn roasted in a wood-fired brick oven!
As we started the fire for grilling we put the corn in the oven, husk on to keep it moist inside, then grilled over the hot coals.
The corn stayed in the oven for about 30 minutes and was perfectly cooked.
As you can see in the picture above, you can expect the husk to burn but your corn will be roasted to perfection.
